The charts below show the 2017 vs 2016 comparison between Q1 Q2 and Q3. The data was compiled from reports within the Hernando County Multiple Listing Service and INCLUDES ONLY Single-Family Homes, Condos, Townhomes and Villas. Please note that Manufactured, Mobile and Modular Homes ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Comparing 2017 vs 2016, both “Total Sales Volume” and “Total # Homes Sold” decreased for 2017. However, it is interesting to note that although fewer homes sold for the first 3 quarters in 2017, the 2017 “Average Sale $/SF Living” increased ↑13.9%. As expected, “Average Days on Market” continues to decrease as listing inventory remains at an all-time low in Hernando County.
