"I would just like to thank Gail and her TEAM on a very difficult sale of my mother’s home. I live in New York and had to sell my mother’s home.

My 85 year old mother has taken ill and had to move in with my sister so at that time I had to put my mother’s home up for sale. Knowing that, the real estate market in Florida, and hearing that some houses are for sale for over 6 months and better, and also in the past sold a lot of properties…and always ran into a lot of headaches, I thought I would be in this for the long run…..

Gail Spada, of Century 21 Alliance Realty recently found a way to mix her business with her passion for animals. THE Gail Spada TEAM had listed the two homes of Ann and Vin Spano (and their dog, Thomas). On behalf of Gail's dog, Archie, a 12-year old silky terrier, the team agreed to donate $100 per transaction in Thomas' name to the Humane Society of the Nature Coast. When the two homes sold, Gail presented a check for $200 to Joanne Schoch, Executive director of the Humane Society.

Once again I would like to thank you for a "job well done". My wife and I have been looking for a home in a warm weather locale for some time.
