THE Gail Spada TEAM Hernando County Real Estate Blog - The TEAM Works

Consumers: This blog is still all about you!

Our logo says it all: The TEAM Works blog has always been about you. Nearly everything written here is aimed at making our readers better consumers as it relates to being more knowledgeable about buying, selling or improving their property. We believe informed consumers make informed choices, and we want to do our part to keep you informed.

For the past 6 months we’ve shared useful consumer information about such varied topics as:

An that’s just a partial list. In each one of these posts, our intent has been to provide insight to our subscribers as they sort out the choices they must make as they undertake real estate transactions. Each entry on our blog is chock-full of links to other sites that illuminate trends not only in the Hernando County real estate market, but offer information and resources that are useful to anyone in the United States.

We also use this forum to guide readers toward the market-specific information we routinely offer on our website, including local market conditions, our exclusive home-staging services, our featured listings, links to the Hernando County MLS, multi-media testimonials from our satisfied customers, background about our TEAM members and our involvement in the community. We also have the must-have information that visitors to our website need to explore some of Hernando County’s most desirable neighborhoods, like Pristine Place, Silverthorn, Glen Lakes and Hernando Oaks, to name just a few.

Still, we want to do more. We want to hear from you about topics we should consider for future blogs, as well as suggestions about how we might expand or improve our website. We rely on your input to help us shape our reports.

We will remain dedicated to making the blog consumer-friendly. We may not make it to  Kiplinger’s “Best of Everything” list this year (btw, The Consumerist was rated number one consumer blog in 2010), but we will continue to do our best to help you make decisions that will protect your real estate investment and improve your quality of life.

If you haven’t already, we invite you to subscribe to our RSS feed or this blog so that you will be personally notified every time a new article is posted. And we also urge you to comment about what we write. This should be a dialogue, not a monologue.

Bottom line: Our TEAM makes this experience all about you, by making it all about transparency and trust!
